The Global College Pipeline Initiative (GCP) is designed as more than a traditional enrichment program. It is a structured pipeline that connects students from underserved communities to education, leadership development, and real-world opportunity pathways.

GCP partners with secondary schools located in underserved and historically disinvested communities to identify high-potential students and provide them with targeted academic support, experiential learning, and early exposure to college and career environments.
