GCP forms partnerships with corporations and incubator programs to ensure that students pipeline back into their communities after graduation. When they return, graduates will be better prepared for gainful employment or entrepreneurship. These students will be ready to meet the needs of their communities, cities, and companies and will help to reduce the level of poverty in their communities.

  • GCP 10th graders participate in mandatory career assessment aptitude testing. The results of these tests assist the students in identifying potential career paths by pinpointing talents in the fields of biomedicine, computer technology, engineering, liberal arts, business or law.
  • GCP students attend collegiate summer bridge and experiential learning programs that allow them to complete an introductory college course in their potential career field.
  • GCP fosters strategic cooperative-education partnerships that provide opportunities for our students to intern and to participate in workforce pipeline programs offered by our corporate partners.
