The mission of the Global College Pipeline Initiative (GCP) is to prepare high school students for long-term success through innovative academic, leadership, and social experiences that equip them to thrive personally, contribute meaningfully to their communities, and access real-world opportunity pathways. We accomplish this through a structured model that integrates learning, cultural study, global exposure, life experience, and early access to the skills and environments that shape future leaders.

GCP envisions a future in which young people are equipped not only to succeed in postsecondary education, but also to lead in an increasingly interconnected world and access meaningful pathways to economic and social mobility. Through academic enrichment, college preparation, study and work abroad experiences, and holistic self-empowerment practices, GCP develops the critical-thinking, leadership, global perspective, and life skills that position students to become changemakers in their communities and leaders in the broader economy.
