Invest
in Education, Leadership, and Opportunity
The Global
College Pipeline Initiative (GCP) is a structured leadership
and opportunity pipeline designed to prepare students from underserved
and historically disinvested communities for long-term success in
college, careers, and beyond.
Our mission
is to equip the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers
with the academic preparation, life skills, and real-world exposure
they need to thrive in higher education and contribute meaningfully
to their communities.
Through
a comprehensive model, GCP provides students with access to:
• College
readiness and transition support
• Academic enrichment and remediation
• Financial literacy and capital awareness
• Personal development and resilience-building
• Global exposure and cultural competency
• Career and opportunity pathways
Every student
who completes the program gains access to structured pathways that
support postsecondary success, leadership development, and long-term
opportunity.
From
Students to Leaders
Our goal
is not simply to help students get into college. Our goal is to
prepare them to return to their communities as leaders, professionals,
entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers.
GCP
helps students build the foundation to become:
• Entrepreneurs
and business owners
• Skilled professionals and tradespeople
• Educators, engineers, healthcare professionals, and public
servants
• Community leaders and innovators
We believe
education, exposure, and opportunity are essential to building strong
families, stronger communities, and a stronger future.
A Model Built
for Long-Term Impact
As GCP continues to grow,
we are building more than a student program. We are building a broader
pipeline that connects education, leadership development, and economic
opportunity.
Through the Opportunity Exchange
Initiative (OEI), GCP is also expanding its model to support entrepreneurs
and small business owners through guidance, strategic connections,
capital readiness, and access to opportunity pathways. Together,
these efforts reflect a broader vision for long-term economic mobility.
Scaling
for Greater Impact
Over the next 5 to 10 years,
we aim to deepen and strengthen the GCP model in Memphis, Tennessee,
and Omaha, Nebraska, while expanding into additional cities across
the country, including New Orleans, Louisiana; Jackson, Mississippi;
Birmingham, Alabama; Detroit, Michigan; and Baltimore, Maryland.
These communities are filled with talent, promise, and potential,
but often lack the structured support systems needed to turn that
potential into lasting opportunity.
We are focused on practical
outcomes, real-world preparation, and scalable systems that create
life-changing pathways for individuals and communities.
Help Us Prepare
for 2026–2027
As GCP expands, our 2026–2027
goals include engaging 275 students and establishing five new strategic
partners.
We are currently raising
$150,000 by December 2026 to prepare for
the 2026-2027 academic year. These funds will directly support:
• Curriculum development
• Student support services
• Program staffing
• College transition planning
• Partner coordination
• Program expansion and opportunity pathway development
80% of every dollar
goes directly to program delivery and participant support.
We are committed to operating
efficiently, transparently, and with integrity because we value
the hard-earned dollars of our donors and believe in delivering
real impact.
